Up & Running Fitness is proud to support the local Children’s Home Society in Brevard County. As owner of Up & Running, Elizabeth Ring is very aware of the struggles children face from abusive parents. Her own upbringing included an abusive home and her struggles were real during a time when there weren’t great organizations like CHS to have a safe haven to go to get out of the abusive environment she was in. Elizabeth had wonderful people take her in, and she had the warm comfort of a loving family that cared for her unconditionally. It’s Elizabeth’s goal to give back to her community.
