L3Harris Peak Fitness Camp

Camp Registration

 

Join your office mates on Wednesday nights for a workout that is geared toward strength and fitness like no other experience you will have.  We meet right on your campus!  Your coaches provide innovative and FUN circuit training and other workouts that keep things interesting.  The workouts are challenging yet each are created with scaled options for even the most unfit individual.

Group workouts are more fun than exercising alone and working out with friends makes it that much more fun and helps you stay accountable!  Peak Fitness is for any fitness level from the couch potato to the most fit athlete.

As part of your L3Harris wellness program, Peak Fitness Training camp is discounted by L3Harris for a comprehensive 8-week workout program.

Your 2023 Camp Schedule:

  • January 11 – March 1
  • March 29 – May 17
  • June 14 – August 2
  • August 30 – October 18
  • November 22 – December 13 (4-week Holiday camp)

Program includes:

  • Certified and experienced coaches that make your camp experience FUN!
  • Challenging individual and team workouts
  • Cardiovascular endurance and strength training using body weight, med balls and other fun equipment
  • Walking or running
  • Circuit training
  • Some incentives along the way!

All movements can and will be scaled or made more challenging for individualized training.

We meet:

  • L3Harris Corporate Headquarters, 1025 W. NASA Blvd (behind Buildings A & S)
  • Wednesdays at 6:15 PM
  • Some causeway and beach workouts thrown in (when we workout in-person)

What to bring:

  • Mat/towel
  • Watch
  • Water bottle
  • Big smile 🙂
