Your coaches provide innovative and FUN circuits and other movements that keep things interesting. Keeping the workouts challenging yet each are created with scaled options for even the most unfit individual.

Three Fitness Levels To Choose From:
- Beginner: Walking/Core/Circuit Training
- Intermediate: Walking/Running/Core/Circuit Training
- Advanced: Higher Intensity Level of Training/Running/Core/Circuit Training
- Until further notice, all fitness workouts will be instructed via Zoom where we all come together at our own homes online. Once we can gather again physically, we meet at L3Harris Corporate Headquarters, 1025 W. NASA Blvd (behind Buildings A & S)
- Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
- Some causeway and beach workouts thrown in (when we workout in-person)
What to bring:
- Ground to Overhead weights (until we meet again in person); can be anything from dumbbells, book bag filled with books, gallon water bottles, etc.
