The workouts are challenging yet each are created with scaled options for even the most unfit individual.

- January 15 – March 5
- April 2 – May 21
- June 18 – August 6
- September 3 – October 22
- November 19 – December 10 (4-week Holiday camp)
Program includes:
- Certified and experienced coaches that make your camp experience FUN!
- Challenging individual and team workouts
- Cardiovascular endurance and strength training using body weight, med balls and other fun equipment
- Walking or running
- Circuit training
All movements can be scaled or made more challenging for individualized training.
We meet:
- The gym at CrossFit Rise Above, 1236 Sarno Road, Melbourne
- Wednesdays at 6:15 PM
- Some causeway and beach workouts thrown in.
