Background: Up & Running Fitness began as an elite running organization in 2000. The initial focus was coaching runners to become competitive athletes for contention in various race distances locally and around the country.
Approach: The organization has since expanded its coaching capacity and adopted fitness philosophies that can be provided to the average person helping them to develop a healthier lifestyle.
Our business is simple: provide hands-on coaching that all individuals need to help them succeed in getting and staying fit.
