Your coaches provide innovative and FUN circuit training and other workouts that keep things interesting. The workouts are challenging yet each are created with scaled options for even the most unfit individual.
Group workouts are more fun than exercising alone and working out with friends makes it that much more fun and helps you stay accountable! Peak Fitness is for any fitness level from the couch potato to the most fit athlete.

- January 14 – March 4
- April 1 – May 20
- June 17 – August 5
- September 2 – October 21
- November 18 – December 9 (4-week Holiday camp)
Program includes:
- Certified and experienced coaches that make your camp experience FUN!
- Challenging individual and team workouts
- Cardiovascular endurance and strength training using body weight, med balls and other fun equipment
- Walking or running
- Circuit training
All movements can be scaled or made more challenging for individualized training.
