“I started attending the Harris fitness camps shortly after it started up. My initial hopes were to try and get some exercise, maybe lose a few pounds in the process. But to my surprise, I have gotten much more fit, run many 5ks and bettered my times by more than 10 minutes, ran my first half marathon in a respectable time and already signed up for a second one, lost about 20 pounds and forged new friendships with other co-workers. With those co-workers we have continued to meet and run when the camps are on break and always look forward to the next camp.
